Returns and Exchanges

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we are more than happy to refund or exchange your product.

You can return any unused product with 30 days of purchase. Simply mail it to our return address along with a copy of the receipt. We will then mail you a cheque for the full value of the products returned. However, if you would like a refund to the original credit card used for the purchase, please include this information (We do not store credit card information for security and privacy purposes). If you have any enquiries about this process, please email sales@selectivepress.com.

Unfortunately, we will not be able to refund any shipping costs incurred.
